2. quota between local and foreigners
3. strong financial standing of employer (in this case a company)
4. previous on job training here for new comers
5. strong recommendation of hiring company

Main Factors is which countries passport you hold ! ( many people will not agree on this, but open your eyes and see ) second factors is the jobs, S-Pass more open to skill technical or with more than 5 years experience in the same filed people. and those jobs must be in demand or less local people to handle. Employer ( company ) pass 3 years business record /active is very important. normally for MNC manufacturer or mid-size factory with productions is easy to approved . those paid up capital less than SGD 100K and annual turn over not more than 1M company , chance is slim,( for restaurant is okay for this to take cook for S-Pass ) if you are some countries citizen and with many years in skill with the right company, you will get S-Pass !
