Motivation- One should always be motivated to achieve a goal. There should be an urge to achieve it.
Self Confidence- the biggest thing to make other people believe in you. If you believe yourself, you can make others believe you.
Hard Work as well as Smart Work- To be successful, you not only work hard but also the direction in which to work hard. Hence, smart work.

Find something you love to do that seems worthwhile to you. Do it superbly well.
You can gain moderate success by simply doing whatever you’re doing well. Keeping your brain engaged, and keeping the big picture in mind — what is this FOR — both immediately, and in the long run?
Many people sort of mindlessly do their jobs, failing to notice when something’s not right, failing to keep the purpose of what they’re doing in mind, letting things fall through the cracks. If you learn to think and communicate clearly, get the details right, and always keep the larger purpose in mind, you’ll stand out from the crowd.
